ORDER

When completing an order, it is mandatory to specify the delivery address, phone number, and email address (if different from the registration details). Pentyduo Commerce SL is not responsible in any case for errors related to an incorrect purchase or delivery errors resulting from incorrect information or data entered by the customer in the personal data form. For all orders placed on the website, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Once the order is completed, the user will receive an automatic email with the tracking information from our express courier.

PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD/POSTEPAY/REVOLUT

Paypal is the most well-known online payment system globally, allowing secure, real-time payments. With Paypal, credit card, Postepay top-up, or Revolut, the merchant never sees your card or account information (which is encrypted using a dedicated system), only the received payment.

BANK TRANSFER

The information for making the bank transfer will be sent to you by email upon order completion, and the order will be shipped only after receiving the payment on the indicated bank account. This payment method is valid only with an immediate transfer. If the payment is not made within 1 hour of the purchase, the order will be automatically canceled.

INVOICES

The invoice will be sent in advance in PDF format via email to the customer's email address.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders received by 12:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day via courier with delivery in 24/48 hours, except in cases of excessive workload and subject to warehouse availability (i.e., excluding inventory errors, as the stock published on the website is real and updated in real-time). Friday shipments will be available for pickup on Saturday morning until 12:00 PM at the relevant GLS location, even if not in storage (pickup is possible by showing personal identification). Otherwise, they will automatically be delivered starting from the following Monday.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Surcharges for remote areas such as Lido di Venezia, Livigno, and smaller islands are automatically calculated by the website based on the zip code and are visible during the purchase process. Foreign rates are also calculated by the website based on the destination country of the goods and are visible during the purchase process.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases on our website are subject to the regulations of the Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999, regarding distance contracts, in cases where the goods are delivered to the buyer's home, as these purchases are finalized outside commercial premises.

 

RETURN POLICY

Pentyduo Commerce SL will only be responsible for returns due to malfunctions or non-conformity of the shipped item compared to the purchased item. Any refund will be made after a thorough inspection of the returned item's condition. If the customer's statement is found to be false (working if declared non-working, conforming if declared non-conforming), Pentyduo Commerce SL will issue a partial refund, net of the withdrawal cost. If the item is found to be tampered with or used or different from the one shipped and not part of our catalog, no refund will be issued. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, INCORRECT OR UNKNOWN ADDRESSES, RECIPIENT ABSENT

If a shipment is held due to an incorrect or unknown address or the recipient is absent during the two included delivery attempts, the release will be charged to the recipient. The release can be made by reshipping to the same address, a different address, with a phone notification, or by converting the delivery to storage pickup (recipient pickup at the relevant GLS location), and it will always incur a cost that will be charged to the retailer. A shipment can also be released by choosing to destroy the package or return it to the sender. In these cases, the courier's additional costs will be charged to the recipient. The undelivered item returned to our warehouse becomes the property of the retailer, available to other users, and may be put back on sale.
